End User Licensing Agreement
Terms governing the use of ISMS Copilot software.
Grant of License
Subject to the terms of this agreement, ISMS Copilot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the software in accordance with your subscription plan.
Restrictions
You may not: (a) sublicense, sell, or redistribute the software; (b) modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the software; (c) use the software to develop competing products; (d) exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the software remain with ISMS Copilot. Content generated using the software for your compliance purposes is owned by you, subject to our terms of service.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the software will be revoked and your data will be handled according to our privacy policy and data retention guidelines.
