What is the Nacionālās kiberdrošības likums?
The Nacionālās kiberdrošības likums (NKDL) is Latvia's national cybersecurity law, adopted on 20 June 2024 and in force from 1 September 2024, which transposes the EU NIS 2 Directive into Latvian law and replaces the previous Informācijas tehnoloģiju drošības likums.
