Where is Dutch user data stored?
Storage is on AWS Amsterdam (and Frankfurt as the EU secondary region). With EU mode on, AI inference runs on Mistral on Swedish infrastructure and no US-headquartered provider sits in the data path. Turn EU mode on in Settings → Data Protection.
Is it compatible with BIO and government use?
Yes. BIO is explicitly based on NEN-EN-ISO/IEC 27001 and 27002. With EU mode on, the AI data flow stays inside the EU. Turn it on in Settings → Data Protection. The flow is documented in our DPA, including the data flow diagram.
Which Dutch frameworks does it support?
ISMS Copilot Netherlands covers BIO/BIO2 (government baseline), DigiD assessment preparation, and all EU frameworks (NIS2, DORA, GDPR) with Dutch regulatory context.
Does it support Dutch language?
Yes, ISMS Copilot provides full Dutch-language support including native compliance terminology (BIO, VvT, maatregelen) for natural interaction.
