MAS TRM Copilot
MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines for Singapore FIs and their vendors.
What the MAS TRM Copilot Can Do
Walk the 18 January 2021 TRM Guidelines by MAS's own part and paragraph titles
Draft FI technology-risk and cyber-risk documentation against those titles
Keep TRM Guidelines separate from MAS notices (cyber hygiene and others)
Cross-map to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 when an APAC headquarters already runs those programmes
Prepare vendor evidence packs that a Singapore FI can drop into a TRM file
Plain-English scope: who MAS wrote this for, without classifying your licence
About MAS TRM Copilot
MAS TRM Copilot helps financial institutions and their vendors draft documentation against the Monetary Authority of Singapore Guidelines on Risk Management Practices, Technology Risk (18 January 2021). It walks MAS's own titled principles and paragraphs. It is not a MAS inspection and it is not the same instrument as a MAS notice on cyber hygiene.

What is the MAS TRM Copilot?
It is the specialist assistant for the MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines dated 18 January 2021. It drafts documentation against the guideline's titled items. It does not issue a MAS finding.
Is this the same as Singapore PDPA?
No. PDPA is the baseline data-protection statute. MAS TRM is a prudential technology-risk guideline for financial institutions. Most Singapore FI programmes need both. See /frameworks/sg-pdpa.
Is this the same as OSFI B-13?
No. B-13 is the Canadian FRFI guideline. MAS TRM is the Singapore instrument. Separate packs. See /frameworks/ca-osfi-b13.
